We had a great turnout for the Broker-In-Charge Update held at the Association Office on Wednesday. Here are a few of the highlights:
President/CEO Peggy Hill gave a “Year In Review” that offered the following accomplishments
- Building renovation completed in May after a long 8 months’ construction
- New website launched in September with much improved functionality
- Showing Time integration into MLS in March
- Began uploading continuing education course completions in July for mandatory license renewals by June, 2018
- MLS fees and Association membership fees remain unchanged for 2018
Education Director Dianna Brouthers gave an education update that included
- Recent rulings by LLR
- Use of the Offer Rejection form
- Review of new forms 504 and 505 with an update on 310, 311, and 525
- How to renew in 2018
SCR CEO Nick Kremydas gave an update on
