Anderson, SC – The Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® (WUAR) is proud to announce the official appointment of Josh Grant as President and Chief Executive Officer. Grant has served as Interim President since February 2025 and has demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to advancing the mission of WUAR and its members.
“Josh has provided steady leadership and a clear vision for the future of our Association,” said Rick Stroud, Chairman of the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. “We are confident that his experience, professionalism, and passion for supporting REALTORS® will continue to strengthen our organization and the real estate community we serve.”
In his role as President and CEO, Grant will oversee the Association’s operations, strategic initiatives, and member services across the Western Upstate region. Under his leadership, WUAR will continue its focus on advocacy, education, and professional development to ensure REALTORS® have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
