We are excited to be able to offer you training to meet your continuing education needs through a live in-person and virtual classroom format. Virtual classes are taught through an interactive webinar. This allows you to experience the training received in a classroom setting while at home or in your office.
All classes include the traditional use of a student handout, participating in exercises, engaging with the instructor and other students, providing feedback and much more.
At the end of the each course, you will be asked to sign an affidavit stating that you attended and participated. WUAR will send a certificate of completion by email and will upload your credit to LLR’s repository so that you can use the hours for course credit.

Class Policies
The following policies and procedures apply to any continuing education course:
Fees: The course fee is paid at registration.
Cancellation: Cancellations received in writing at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time are not eligible for a refund; however, students may transfer to another class of equal value.
No refunds or transfers will be issued for no-shows or for cancellation requests made after the class has begun.
Certificate: A continuing education certificate will be emailed to each student upon course completion. Your completion information will also be retained at Western Upstate Association of REALTORS®.
Attendance Policy: The registering student is required to complete the course in its entirety.

To register, students will need:
- Copy of SC Real Estate License
- One additional form of ID (like driver’s license)
