Class Description:
This is the second part of a two-part course provided by SC REALTORS. This course focuses on the actual practice of buyer agency, including the duties of the buyer agent as stated in SC law, using technology and diligence in searching for properties, gathering information, drafting a buyer-friendly purchase offer, negotiating that offer, and working to close on behalf of the buyer client. Diligence and client care are stressed to reduce the risk of representing the buyer and the use of checklists and forms is encouraged.
