Class Description:
This is a basic fair housing course designed to meet the requirements of the National Association of REALTORS and its triennial requirement. Also included is a review of the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission website to review South Carolina fair housing law and common areas of non-compliance.

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee.
