The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is a voluntary, nonprofit group. Membership consists of REALTORS®, Affiliate Members, and others interested in the real estate industry and protecting the industry against unnecessary legislation. Our industry is one that is very easily and frequently regulated; that’s why it is so important to join with others in your profession and invest in RPAC. This year, the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS will be hosting an online auction beginning September 23rd at 9:00 AM and ending at noon on September 25th. Check out our website through the link below as items will be updated frequently ahead of this auction.Learn More

Taught through an interactive webinar, this platform will allow you to experience the training received in a classroom setting while at home or in your office. The course will include the traditional use of a student handout, raising your hand for questions, participating in polling exercises, engaging in internet field trips, providing feedback and much more. The Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® and its members understand and appreciate the joy and pride of homeownership. That is why our association works to help create an environment where everyone can exercise the right to choose where to live as they seek the American dream.
We believe that equal opportunity in housing is essential for the continued strength and success of America's housing market and are proud to work hand in hand with local, state, and national housing groups to increase and protect homeownership opportunities. By expanding efforts to reach all populations, valuing diversity, and by becoming experts on housing programs, our members stand on the front lines in making the promise of the American Dream a reality for all.
