This course provides an overview of commonly used forms in residential transactions. It also include guidance on the use of LLR mandatory forms required under License Law 2017. Click here to register. No Show Policy Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
