This course is designed to meet two requirements for 2018: NAR’s requirement of 2.5 hours of ethics training as well as the need for a 2-hour continuing education course to round out the 10 hour requirement under license law. This course gives an update to changes to the Code as well as a discussion of several “sticky situations” that are currently being seen in the marketplace.
