Virtual Continuing Education

We are excited to be able to offer you training to meet your continuing education needs through a recently-approved virtual classroom format.  Taught through an interactive webinar, this platform will allow you to experience the training received in a classroom setting while at home or in your office.  The course will include the traditional use of a student handout, raising your hand for questions, participating in polling exercises, engaging in internet field trips, providing feedback and much more.  Just like being in class while distant.

At the end of the course, you will be asked to sign an online affidavit stating that you attended and participated.  WUAR will send a certificate of completion by email and will upload your credit to LLR’s repository so that you can use the hours for course credit.

The instructor will contact you upon your enrollment to provide a course overview and to confirm that she is available to provide any assistance you need.

The following policies and procedures apply to any continuing education course:

Fees: The course fee is paid at registration and is non-refundable once the student begins the program. SC sales tax will be added to all course prices.

Certificate: A continuing education certificate will be emailed to each student upon course completion. Your completion information will also be retained at Western Upstate Association of REALTORS®.

Attendance Policy: The registering student is required to complete the course in its entirety.
